Adem Tünel, Chairman of the Board of Karpanel Industrial - Commercial Cooling Systems operating in the Sivas Organized Industrial Zone, started working in the cooling systems sector at the age of 14. He was also attending school.

After leaving the military, she focused more on work and fell in love with her job. In the first months of 2002, she opened a shop that repairs refrigerators and washing machines.

Tünel showed interest in fairs after 2006, took a production decision in 2008 and opened a factory operating in the field of cooling systems. When it opened the factory in 2008, it was working with minimum capacity, now it has become a company that exports to 14 countries of the world.

It established important business contacts in Europe, Africa and the Turkic Republics, and exported a significant amount of products to these countries.

Adem Tünel was involved in the production of 75 industrial cooling devices, 2000 square meters of industrial cold storage and approximately 35 cold storage doors.

120 people worked at the factory, it was aiming to employ 500 people in 2016.
